Knowledge vs Ignorance ... Is Ignorance Bliss?

However, it wasn't much of an issue when I was young, which is probably because I was in school and I had sufficient new information input every day, that it was already satiating my intellectual hunger. Besides, we didn't have many options; we only had libraries and encyclopaedias at the time. Come to think of it, I had my first desk top computer which was a commodore 64, when I was 22. But, in the following years, my intellectual hunger has naturally increased due to the developements in technology and easy access to the internet. Then, smart phones were introduced into our lives and my appetite skyrocketed. Now, for better or for worse, I'm more curious than ever and I have such a desire in me that it constantly motivates me to explore the world around me...
